These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quest Mingle website and games at questmingle.com, operated by Quest Mingle Studios Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Quest Mingle. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Quest Mingle is intended solely for adult audiences in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where free-to-play social casino entertainment is permitted for adults. 2. Nature of the Service — No Real-Money Gambling

Quest Mingle is a free-to-play social casino entertainment platform. All games on the Site use virtual currency ("Trail Coins") only. Trail Coins:

• cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real money or any tangible good or prize;

3. Acceptable Use

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@questmingle.com. We may suspend or delete accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months.

5. Virtual Currency — Trail Coins

Trail Coins are granted free of charge to all visitors at the start of each session. They exist solely within the Quest Mingle environment, reset on page refresh, and have absolutely no monetary value. Accumulating Trail Coins does not create any property right, debt, or obligation on our part. We may alter the rules governing Trail Coins at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Quest Mingle — including the "Dustfall Crossing" universe, "Dusty Dale" character, game mechanics, artwork, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of Quest Mingle Studios Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quest Mingle Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Because no real money is involved, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed £50 GBP.
