1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using questmingle.com ("the Site", "QuestMingle") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised version.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use QuestMingle for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site without our written consent.
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Site.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

3. Entertainment Only — No Real Money

QuestMingle is a free social fantasy entertainment product. It is not a gambling product, a licensed Daily Fantasy Sports product, or any form of sports betting service.

• There are no entry fees to participate in any sim or feature.
• There are no cash prizes of any kind.
• There are no deposits or withdrawals of real money.
• There are no in-app purchases or paid upgrades of any description. Nothing on this Site is for sale.
• Mingle Credits are virtual tokens used solely within the sim. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and cannot be transferred between users.

Success in QuestMingle simulations does not imply, predict, or guarantee success in any real-money fantasy sports competition or sports wagering activity.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use QuestMingle. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts we believe are operated by users under 18.

5. Fictional Content — No Real-World Affiliation

All players, clubs, statistics, and league structures presented on QuestMingle — including the Mingle Hoops League (MHL), all named athletes, and all club names — are entirely fictional. They are created for entertainment purposes only.

• QuestMingle has no affiliation with any real sporting league, club, association, governing body, or professional athlete.
• Any resemblance of fictional player names or statistics to real persons is coincidental.
• QuestMingle is not associated with any university, school, or educational institution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on QuestMingle — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, the Mingle Hoops League concept, player names, club names, mascot character Brim, the Coach Reckoner sim engine concept, and the Mingle Cap system — is the intellectual property of the operator and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use any of this content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuestMingle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Simulation results are generated randomly for entertainment and carry no predictive value.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuestMingle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months — which, given that everything is free, is zero.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered:
